Sullivan’s stock rise

Liam Sullivan’s stock has continued to rise as he has once again impressed on the international motorsport scene. This time, the stage was set at the Autodrom Most in the Czech Republic - a track previously unvisited by the championship. At an unknown track, Round 3 of the FIA Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars would truly prove to be a test of Sullivan’s talents - one which he did not shy away from. The GB based Aussie kicked off the weekend in style by convincingly securing pole position in qualifying. Sullivan was able to maintain this success throughout the race weekend. On race day itself, Sullivan maintained his lead, bringing his stint in the car to a close in a confident first place and setting the fastest lap in his class in the process.

Unfortunately, engine difficulties led Liam’s co-driver to retire from the race but not without the pair seeing some great racing at the dynamic circuit. In fact, this has made Sullivan even more determined to bring his game to the Silverstone Classic in a few weeks’ time. “I can’t wait to race at Silverstone. I’ve driven both halves of the circuit before but am excited to race the full GP circuit, especially so soon after the Grand Prix.
